How long will my delivery take to arrive?

Once you have placed your order it will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. Except during peak sale times please allow an additional day for dispatch. All orders are sent via courier.

Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed your tracking details.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost within Australia flat rate $15

Free Shipping over $100 (not in conjunction with other offers or sales).

1 YEAR WARRANTY

If within one year your FYNX product is found to have a manufacturer fault, we will repair or replace it for free!

RETURNS

Defective Merchandise: Returns for manufacturer defects will be accepted. Please try to include all original packaging and materials including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, and any other materials in the original shipment or packaging.

Incorrect Merchandise: Contact us via e-mail if you received an item different than what was described on the website or is the wrong size, colour, or style than what you ordered. Get in touch via info@FYNX.net.au  and we'll help you out!

HOW TO RETURN:

please email us via info@FYNX.net.au to discuss a process. Staff hold the right to refuse exchanges or returns.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for returns unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order.
